After the successful rebuilding in 2006, this year we have renovated our house again. As our guests have been so fascinated by the new rooms, we got inspired and have modernized the main building as well. A little jewel has thus been created and the Excelsior Resort has become a true stunning SPA oasis amidst the Dolomites. The 4 new rooms inspired by precious stones on the first floor, the 2 suites "Fodara" on the third floor with panoramic view and the restyling of the Room “Fanes” have turned into a sensational success.

During this season we will surprise you with lots of news regarding the culinary offer, the service, the entertainment programme, the beauty & Spa centre. The chef Rino and his team are always looking for new ingredients, savours and delicious dishes. Our sommelier Irene and the team in the dining room have selected and created a new offer of precious wines and tasty cocktails. In the “Castello di Dolasilla” beauty & Spa you will spoil you with exclusive treatments so that you leave with spirits lifted and fully rejuvenated. As you can notice, we constantly endeavour to improve and extend our offer, in order to surprise our faithful guests and to motivate the new ones!
