My will is to preserve this tradition despite all innovations and creativity. As the simplest things are the most beautiful and the best ones.

Our chef Rino de Candido mixes with ability and talent old Ladin recipes and South Tyrolean seasonal specialties with the light Mediterranean cuisine and the refined international gastronomy. Our chef and his team mainly use fresh products of our land and of the own family-run butchery. Thanks to his great culinary skills he was nominated “Maestro di Cucina“ (Maître de Cuisine) and ranks therefore among the best 100 cooks in Italy!
