Ladin gastronomy is based on a few and simple ingredients mixed in perfect harmony. It’s a mixture of Italian and Middle-European savours and alpine traditions. My will is to preserve this tradition despite all innovations and creativity. As the simplest things are the most beautiful and the best ones.

For this reason you will find in our menus and in the buffets
different dishes diversified according to their vital contents
and tolerance. Refined starters and tasty salads are to be found
at the buffet, whilst the warm starters, the main dishes and the
special desserts are served at your table. If after the “sweet
closure” you still fancy some cheese or your preferred ice
cream – you’re welcome to help yourself at the new
“Excelsior buffet” where all desires are satisfied!

The sommelier Mrs Irene Call will be pleased to recommend to you the most suitable wines which are jealously guarded in our wine cellar "La grotta del vino".

The best recipe for total wellbeing! Our chef Rino de Candido mixes with ability and talent old Ladin recipes and South Tyrolean seasonal specialties with the light Mediterranean cuisine and the refined international gastronomy. Our chef and his team mainly use fresh products of our land and of the own family-run butchery. Thanks to his great culinary skills he was nominated “Maestro di Cucina“ (Maître de Cuisine) and ranks therefore among the best 100 cooks in Italy!
All guests can help themselves at the tasty buffet with different “highlights” to be savoured around the clock.
