	Elio Rino De Candido chef de cuisine at the Dolomiti Wellness Hotel My Excelsior Born in Belluno (Italy) Elio Rino De Candido started his career in 1972 in the business of his family where he rapidly turned his passion into his dream job. 1977 he graduated from the Hotel Management School in Falcade (Italy) and afterwards gained valuable professional experience at different hotels. Since then his culinary career has steadily improved. He attended various training programmes in famous hotels, was nominated chef in 1984 and was honoured with medals and awards at national and international competitions as well. Since 1991 he delights the guests of the Hotel My Excelsior with traditional Ladin recipes, South Tyrolean specialities, light Mediterranean dishes and international delicacies... 2002 Elio Rino De Candido was nominated Chef de Cuisine and now he ranks among the best cooks in Italy!
