In the sauna Stöa de Moltina, a sanarium with temperatures
of about 46-60° C and a humidity percentage of 50-60%, you will
breathe in vapour enriched with some energizing essence that cleanse
your respiratory tracts and consequently benefit your blood pressure
and immune system. People not used to having a sauna will enjoy
this one because it is less strenuous for their blood circulation.
Ücia dal Salvan:
The hut of the Salvans is a Finnish sauna of 90° C which strengthens body defence by warm and cold change and blood circulation of the peripheral blood vessels. Regular sauna lovers will feel fine here.
Aurona:
In Aurona, the golden mountain of Fanes with a temperature of
about 43-46° C and a humidity percentage of 100%, you will benefit
from the spring essence of the Fanes flora: Wild rose, stone
pine and mountain pine as well as other forest scents dissolve
the secretion of the respiratory tracts and increase the elasticity
of the body's muscular tissue. Consequently, the agility of
your joints is improved. Moreover, sinusitis, nose catarrh and
chronic inflammation of the gums can be alleviated significantly.

Larch cottage sauna

We offer you the Larch cottage sauna alternately one day as Finnish sauna with 90° C and one day as Sanarium with 60° C and 60% humidity. This way everyone can profit of its benefits.
