Kindly be informed that we have only a restricted number of room for families. We therefore recommend you to book your stay in advance.
Terms and conditions
- If not otherwise specified, the prices provided are per person
and day, incl. ¾ board, VAT and taxes, and are valid for a minimum
stay of four overnights.
- Stays of less than 4 nights will be surcharged € 15,00 per day.
- For a final reservation of your booking we require a deposit
of € 200.- per person (Euro-cheque or bank transfer) to our
bank account at the Cassa di Risparmio dell'Alto Adige
- filial San Vigilio di Marebbe, Swift: BIC: CRBZIT2B071, IBAN:
IT54Z060 4558 5500 0000 0841 900. Payment by credit
card (Visa, Mastercard und Eurocard) is also possible -
please specify credit card number and expiring date.
- In case of cancellation of your reservation, the deposit will
be reimbursed only if you have drawn up a travel
insurance My Excelsior at the cost of € 3,00 per person and day. The fee can be paid with the deposit.
- In case
of late arrival or early departure, the total amount of the
booked period will be invoiced.
- Surcharge for late check out € 25,00 (only on request and availibility)
- The rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and
have to be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Guests
are kindly asked to call us in case you arrive after 7 pm.
- Kindly note that if you do not cancel your wellness appointments
within 24 hours of scheduled time, we have to charge the whole
cost of the treatments.
- Double room single use: extra charge of 50% on normal room
price.
- This price list replaces all previous price lists.
- Car parking in the garage at € 7,00 per day.
- We do not answer for objects forgotten in the hotel.
- If at the moment of booking the rates indicated are different from those of this pricelist, the rates of this pricelist apply
- We will do our best to fulfil your special wishes for certain
types of room, but kindly ask for your understanding should
they not be available.
- Children rates apply only for children sharing the room with
two adults paying full rate.
- The rates of the treatments are fix and will not be refunded if treatments are not done
- Please note dogs are not allowed.
