Have you chosen one of our rooms or suites and booked your stay at the Excelsior? Fantastic! You are one step closer to your Dolomite holiday. On this page, we have compiled the most important information that might be useful before your arrival. Have fun browsing and getting ready for your stay!
What is included in the room rate?
The price of the stay is per person per day and covers all the inclusive services described, including ¾ gourmet board, the guided adventure programme, and much more. The local tax of €2.50 per person (for guests 14 and older) is to be paid separately at check-out.
What cancellation conditions apply?
In case of cancellation between 20 and 30 days before the planned arrival date, we will charge a fee of 30% of the total price of the stay.
In case of cancellation between 10 and 20 days before the planned arrival date, we will charge a fee of 60% of the total price of the stay.
In the event of cancellation between 3 and 10 days before the planned arrival date, we will charge a fee of 80% of the total price of the stay.
In the event of cancellation three days or less before the planned arrival date, we will charge the full price of the stay.
In case of a no-show, late arrival, or early departure, we will charge the full price of the stay.
Is there a deposit to be paid?
Yes, your reservation is not binding until you have paid a deposit of 30% of the total booking price. You will find our bank details in your reservation confirmation.
What are the children’s rates?
Reduced fixed rates apply for children and teenagers from 0 to 16 years old.
Are there any other holiday tips?
We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy with Europäische Reiseversicherung AG to cover you against financial losses in the event of cancellation. You are welcome to pay the premium together with the deposit online.
- The rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. If you arrive after 7:00 p.m., please inform us by phone.
- On the day of departure, we ask that you leave the room by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
- The surcharge for a late check-out is €55.00 and is only available on request and subject to availability.
- In case of early departure or late arrival, the full price of the stay will be charged.
- In the case of single occupancy of a double room, we charge a 50% surcharge on the respective per-person price indicated on the valid price list.
- In the superior rooms, a minimum occupancy of two adults applies. If occupied by one adult and one child, the full adult rate will apply to the child.
- If the prices on the booking confirmation differ from this price list, the prices stated in the valid price list always apply.
- No deductions from the package price will be made for unused services during the package weeks.
- Requests for particular room numbers will be taken into account subject to availability.
- Children’s rates and discounts are valid with two full-paying adults in the same room.
- For all deluxe rooms and suites, we reserve one underground parking space per room. Guests in our Fanes rooms and Pares rooms will receive an outdoor parking space. The price of a covered parking space, in this case, is €15.00 per space per day.
- We are not liable for items that are left behind.
- Pets are only allowed upon request and prior agreement.
- To ensure your desired spa treatments are available on a desired date, we recommend making the reservation when booking your room. If you have a spa voucher, please send us a copy. Vouchers can be redeemed between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
